The terms, in plain language.

Who we are

Ritual Alchemy is the range made by Ritual Alchemy Collective (Pty) Ltd, a South African company based in Cape Town. When these terms say "we", "us" or "Ritual Alchemy", that is who they mean. When they say "you", they mean anyone visiting this site or joining the waitlist.

The site, for now

We launch on 30 November 2026. Until then this site exists to introduce the range and hold your place in line. Details shown before launch, including prices, dates, pack sizes and packaging, may still change. We update pages as things firm up, without notice.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and is not an order. It creates no obligation on you to buy anything, and no obligation on us beyond emailing you about the launch. You can leave at any time by unsubscribing from any email or writing to us. What happens to your details is covered in our Privacy notice.

When ordering opens

Once the shop is live, a few ground rules will apply:

• Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Payment happens on a secure hosted checkout, never in our own code.
• Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. If a product is out of stock or a price was displayed in error, we may decline the order and refund you in full.
• We deliver within South Africa at launch. Delivery times and fees are shown at checkout.

Returns and your rights

If you change your mind, you have seven days from delivery to let us know and return the product, provided the sachets are unopened and the seals are intact. Getting it back to us is your arrangement and your cost, and change-of-mind returns are credited as store credit. The full walkthrough lives on our Returns page.

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, that is on us. Email us and we will replace it or refund you. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act.

Using the products sensibly

Read the label and use the products as directed. They are intended for adults. Keep them out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition, speak to a health professional before use.

This unregistered medicine has not been evaluated by SAHPRA for its quality, safety or intended use. Health supplements are intended to only complement health or supplement the diet. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Using the site

Please use the site as it is meant to be used. Do not attempt to break it, overload it, scrape it, or feed false information into our forms. Everything on it, including the Ritual Alchemy name, logo, photography, illustrations and words, belongs to us or our licensors. You are welcome to share it; you may not reuse it commercially without our written permission.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies and similar tools, mainly so Google Analytics can show us anonymous usage patterns, plus one browser setting that remembers which state you last chose. What they are and how to refuse them is set out in our Privacy notice. By continuing to use the site you consent to them.

Linking to this site

You are welcome to link to any page of ritualalchemy.co.za, provided the link is fair, does not suggest an endorsement or partnership that does not exist, and does not display our pages inside frames or another site's design. We may ask for a link to be removed, and we may withdraw linking permission at any time.

What we are responsible for

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent South African law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses that come from using the site or relying on pre-launch information. Nothing in this section limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing reduces your statutory rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business grows, for example when ordering opens. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date below tells you when it last changed.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by South African law, and South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. That said, if something goes wrong, email us first. Almost everything can be sorted out in one conversation.
